The National Employment Services Association (NESA) was established in 1997 and is the peak body for all Providers of Australian Government employment services. As the voice of the employment services industry, NESA represents and works to advance the development and improvement of the industry across Australia.
NESA membership include not for profit, for profit and public sector organisations that deliver the full suite of government contracted employment services.
On behalf of its membership, NESA works with Government, employers and others to achieve continued improvements in service provision to Australian job seekers, particularly those who are disadvantaged and face challenges joining the workforce or increasing their participation in work.
2008 NESA National Conference
Now in its 11th year, the NESA national conference will again deliver an innovative program of plenary sessions and workshops. Topics will strengthen delegates’ business, leadership, delivery, communication skills, as well as their appreciation of social trends and Government views that impact on workforce participation and social inclusion.
The conference attracts up to 1,000 delegates each year, and we invite Working Community International Congress delegates to join our members for this insightful two and a half day conference.
A 15 % discount on registration to both the international congress and the NESA national conference is available to people who choose to attend both learning experiences. See the registration page for details.
