In addition to keynote addresses, the congress program will incorporate presentation streams built around key focus areas. These streams will bring together experts, leaders, entrepreneurs and researchers to further discuss a central theme. NESA invited Australian and international professionals and researchers to respond to the Call for Case Studies, Innovative Models & Research Papers. The Congress was looking for presentations that demonstrate innovation - on a case study, Best Practice innovation, cutting-edge model of service delivery, or completed research. The Call for Case Studies, Innovative Models & Research Papers has now closed.
